We are a small, family run team who work across the Tunbridge Wells area and Sussex. Our services include the new installation of VELUX windows, replacing old or damaged windows, and upgrading and repairing existing VELUX windows. Installation of VELUX roof windows are relatively quick, as well as hassle and mess free. An average installation should be completed within a day, and replacement windows within 4 hours. Our team has many years experience in the roofing industry and specifically with VELUX products, meaning our installations are completed with care and precision and to the highest standards.

For homes with older VELUX windows an upgrade option is always available. Every new range offers improved insulation, sun screening and ventilation properties that will greatly benefit your home. There are a range of sizes, operations, finishes and glazing options (triple or double glazing) available - making their range one of the largest on the market.
Upgrade options are also extensive, for homes, loft conversions, roof terraces and more. For VELUX windows manufactured prior to April 2001, LC Roofing complete the upgrade using EL and EW Replacement Flashings to ensure there is no damage to the interior finish of your room. We also use BFX 1000 Underfelt Collar as this reduces any risk of condensation with its weathertight seal between the window and the roof.
All installations completed by LC Roofing are covered by a 10 year guarantee (provided by Home Improvement Protection), and as a company we are covered by comprehensive Public Liability Insurance. An additional 10 Year Guarantee is provided on our workmanship - all reassurance that you will not be left disappointed by any work completed by LC Roofing.
As well being an approved installer of VELUX roof windows, LC Roofing are also FENSA approved installers. FENSA is a government authorised scheme that monitors companies like ourselves to ensure we comply with current building regulations when replacing or installing roof windows. LC Roofing is regularly assessed by FENSA to ensure we are maintaining their standards.
